Coordinated Program in Dietetics

Program Goals

The designated CP goals are as follows: (1) the CP will prepare students to be competent entry-level dietitians ready for practice in nutrition therapy, foodservice management and community nutrition; (2) the CP will encourage life-long learning and professional development; (3) the CP will foster development of collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills among students; and (4) the CP will maintain high-quality, research-based educational experiences for students.

The five-year average pass rate for first-time test takers on the Registration Examination for Dietitians is 96%.
