Coordinated Program in Dietetics

Pre-Dietetics Prerequisites and Program Courses

High school students interested in dietetics should have courses in biology, chemistry, mathematics, English and speech communication. A foreign language is recommended. During the first two years of university/college study, pre-dietetic students enroll in general education and sciences courses, including Organic Chemistry (CHEM 2050), Biochemistry (BIOCHM 3630) and Human Nutrition (NS 2340).
